Payment
You will pay for your reservation upon collection at the store, either by credit/debit card or in cash.
Don't forget to use your M&S Club Card to ensure you receive all the benefits of your membership.
All in-store promotions also apply to items purchased in this way.
Collection
If you submit your reservation by 3:00 PM, it will be prepared for same-day collection at the store.
However, please always wait for a confirmation email notifying you that your reservation is ready.
You can then collect it during regular opening hours, and it will be held for you for 5 days.
